The Machine consists of feeding, paper correction, pre-folding, bottom locking, folding, full pressing, press and so on.

Feeding section:

1. 5 independent feeding belts ensure the stability of paper feeding and easy calibration.

2. Continuously Variable Speeder to ensure the blank in even distance, and stable transmission 

3. Pneumatic cutting lifting makes it easy to adjust the feeding belt.

2.Two modes for pressing belt speeding: 

Auto: set distance between boxes, pressing belt speed is the same as the machine, belt removes while opto-electronic detect it. 

Manual: pressing belt conveys in a fixed speed and machine speed will not put any effect on it. 

3. With counting device to count the finished boxes to match with  boxes regulating, easy to count and pack

Back machine

2. Equipped with impacting device to press the paper after accounting and make it easy to pack paper.

Working principle of  folding carton box gluing machine

After starting the machine, the automatic paper feeding table will feed the paper sheets needed to be pasted out one by one continuously. The gluing device will automatically coat the glue on the adhesive position of paper box evenly. The glued paper sheets also will automatically send to the fold part. In the course of paper sheets ahead, the belt device of the fold part will automatically fold and stick the paper box. After finishing the fold and adhesion, send the paper box to the pressing part. After pressing, send it to the conveying part to be pressed firmly, finally send it to the paper receiving table. The whole working procedure is finished

1.The machine is running steady with strengthened single-side driving system, and it is also easy for maintenance.

2.The motor is controlled by a transducer (inventer) which is available for automatic timing. It is power saved and helps to work stably.

3.Paper is feed by several thick belts under the help of vibration motor. Feeding is continuous,exact and automatic with this system.

4.Grinders are provided in both sides of machine, to make gluing more stable and firm.

5.The machine is able to fold and glue straight line boxes. In the pre-folding part, the 1st fold at180°, the 3rd fold at 135°, the 2nd & 4th fold box at 180°.

6.Small box like out-put size at 30mm is able to be done after the special design according to customer requirement,widely uesed.
